Gimme A Break

It has been a time of breaking. Sweetie has spilled his glass three times as he worked in his music room, and he got upset and lost his grip on the lid of the wooden trash can. The lid, very prettily painted, is now in two pieces.

Some days are just like that. He also had to come back in 5 times before he could leave for work. It started out as one of those days, and continued in fine form.

He also had some trouble at work, his phone didn't want to let him pick up any calls, and his favorite pair of khaki pants, well, the button fell off.

Twice he has almost kicked over the bowl of kitten formula in just the past fifteen minutes.

There are some days that just make you want a break. But not anything broken, thankyouverymuch.

Today is:

  1. This might not be the best day for you to buy a Lotto ticket. Just a thought.

  2. Yes, um. Well, get a plastic mug, heat the water, just to warm in the microwave, possibly, and make tea. Take a break, don't break... Eeep.

Hey, how do I get into the wish granting championship? I bet I could give 'em a half dozen good ones, easy!
