Limping Along

Datsig, the orange tabby foster kitten that #1 Son wants to adopt, began limping, totally avoiding putting pressure on his right front paw.

Naturally he did this on Saturday, right after the vet's office closed.

Since he limped over to the food bowl, and seemed otherwise fine, we took him in Monday.

The verdict, since he was back to walking on it, albeit gingerly, is that he might have gotten into a row with one of the other fosters, gotten scratched, and have an infection. That, or he pulled a muscle or something similar.

He's on a precautionary antibiotic, and climbing on the counters like a naughty boy as usual.

Another day, another $84 for a limping cat.
