My Kind of Towns

It seems that there is more than one town out there that sounds right up my alley.

Elizabeth Leighton lives in the small village in Perthshire, Scotland, called Dull.  She was visiting Oregon when she saw the road sign for the city of Boring, Oregon, and got an idea.  Pair them up as sister cities.

Both are considering it seriously, and i hope they do.   Think what a tale even mostly dull, boring people like me could tell if we were to visit both!  We would fit right in on two continents.

In other news, the kittens are on a second medication, since they weren't getting much better.  All are still eating, so i take that as a good sign.  It's when they start to refuse that you really need to worry.

We have worked out the names of all 22, which litter each belongs to, approximate birth date, and which rescue group each is assigned to.  It's all on the list where i check off who's been medicated for the day.  Such fun, i'm on a roll.  You know you belong in one of those towns when your main concern is kitten poop, and you have to keep lists like that.

Today is

Baby Day -- birth anniversary of Dr. Spock
