Felines and Fill-Ins: Cool Cat, Cool Statements to Complete

Feline Friday is hosted by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is..
1) post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (They may be silly or cute)
2) go to Steve's page, linked above, then on the menu bar click on the Feline Friday tab to get the code
3) paste the code under your cat picture
4) add your name and link
That’s all there is to it! Be sure to check back every so often and visit all the Feline Friday bloggers. Also, please leave a nice comment on their blogs. Nasty comments will be deleted!
The cat at a friend's house wants to remind you:

Be a cool cat, stay in the shade!

Friendly Fill-Ins are four fun and easy statements to complete. Ellen of 15andmeowing  provides the first two statements and the final two are offered by McGuffy Ann Morris of McGuffy's Reader. They try to make sure they will be fun to both answer and share. On Friday, the linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM. Please head to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

Week 7: June 24, 2016...

1.  My feelings get hurt when someone completely misinterprets what i'm trying to say or do, but i tend to take a deep breath and talk these things out very quickly.  It's not good to keep the hurt feelings and let them fester.

2.  I am excited about my upcoming yearly sanity retreat, when i will be heading to San Antonio in September!

3.  Prayer first, then the day goes better.

4.  One time, i got thoroughly lost driving to a new place, that's why i check the directions twice, use Carmen the Garmin when i travel out of town, and stop to ask directions if i'm at all unsure about where to head next.

  4. I hope that you have a fun time in San Antonio. I also don't like it when I'm misunderstood. I am very good at getting lost. :) Prayer is a great way to start the day!

    Have a blessed day.

  5. There is no such thing as being lost; it is just an alternative way to get there. Think of it as being temporarily misdirected.

I am constantly misunderstood. I guess that is because I speak first, then think.

  6. Funny story: A few weeks ago I asked Matthew if we could get a 2nd cat. He said no. Then my neighbors moved a few days ago and abandoned their outdoor cat. So guess what? We have a new cat now. hehehe. She'll remain an outdoor cat but she's still mine now. heheheee.
