Silly Sunday: Too Much Togetherness

Silly Sunday is hosted by Sandee, of Comedy Plus.

Silly Sunday is the place to come for weekly laughs.  The rules are simple, just have fun.

This is a great opportunity to get to know other bloggers and have a laugh or two in the process.

Here is how it works: Laugh and Link Up!

Yesterday we drove home from vacation, and we stopped to visit with Grandma and Grandpa.  We surprised Grandpa with his Father's Day gift, a huge order from a barbecue place, enough to last him most of the week.  His favorite "joint" closed a while back, and he was lamenting the loss, so i found a place that looks like a dump but has great barbecue that was about 30 minutes from their house.  We simply stopped on our way to see them, and he loved it.  It was a great way to end our vacation.

Clothile done been after Boudreaux to do somet'in' wit' Tee, get dem to spen' mo' time each wit' de other, so she decide she goin' send dem to make groceries.

Boudreaux he put Tee in de cart at de store, an' he grab de list, an' de firs' t'ing he rip it an' t'row part of it in de trash.  Den he start grabbin' stuff dat not be on de list, an' he get de wrong brand on some de t'ings, an' Tee say, "Père, you be gettin' de wrong stuff an' Mère goin' be so mad!"

An' Boudreaux say, "Mais, Tee, if we mess dis up bad 'nuff, we don' never have to do it agin'!"

Happy Father's Day to all!
