Lookin' For Loves (Feline Friday) and Friendly Fill-Ins

(Because some people like Blogger and some like WordPress, i am putting the same content at both.  If you would prefer to read this on the other site, it is linked here.)

***********************************

Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

Just a couple of kitties waiting for homes:

***********************************

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Please note that Ms. Ellen of 15AndMeowing is not participating today.  She lost her kitty Tallulah yesterday, so if you have the time, go let her know you are thinking of her.

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. I get to _________ every week.

2. So far, 2019 is _________.

3. I will never tire of _________.

4. Can you believe that _________?

1. I get to go to the laundromat every week.

2. So far, 2019 is challenging.

3. I will never tire of reading.

4. Can you believe that every day is a new opportunity to spread love?

  3. Purrs and prayers to all the kitties awaiting their forever homes! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! Though I certainly hope 2019 treats you well, I quite like the word you chose in your answer to #2. Each new year sure can be challenging, but sometimes a challenge can really make us stronger. I also really appreciate how you answered #4, and it reminds me of the saying that goes something like, "Every day is the first day of the rest of your life." I quite like that as a reminder that it's never too late to start being kind, to start being a better person, to start achieving your dreams. Have a wonderful weekend!

  4. Mimi,

Sweet little balls of fluff! :)

I like your FF responses, especially your last one about spreading love. Every day potentially is a furtastic opportunity to that and so much more. It's just will we do it? 2019 is challenging for me, too. I think I can do without some of these challenges. lol Thankfully, we have a washer & dryer in our home but I do recall those weekly trips to the laudromat our first year of marriage. When I started college, we got a loan from Sears to buy our first set and it was the best investment ever! I can't imagine being without this convenience. Have a good weekend!
