Mikey's Hogging the Sunpuddle Again (Feline Friday) and Friendly Fill-Ins

(Because some people like Blogger and some like WordPress, i am putting the same content at both.  If you would prefer to read this on the other site, it is linked here.)

***********************************

Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. 13 years ago, I __________________.

2. By this time next year, I hope to ________________________.

3. One word that describes me is _________.

4. If my life were a book or movie, it would be in the _________ genre.

1. 13 years ago, I was still home educating the youngest children and i was getting closer to my weight goal.

2. By this time next year, I hope to at least have one better vehicle than the ones we have now.

3. One word that describes me is cheap.  Just ask Sweetie how i'm always trying to save money and spend less.

4. If my life were a book or movie, it would be in the self-help genre under bad examples!

  4. I guess the kitty is waiting for a tummy rub. Sometimes I am cheap too wanting to save every cent.

  5. If there is a sun puddle the kitty will always find it.
I can do two different coloured shoes day! I bought a new pair of silver sequinned shoes for formal nights on our last cruise. They were so comfortable I ended up wearing them most nights. When I got home I ordered the same shoes in black sequins and they arrived yesterday...so I could wear one silver and one black sparkly shoe.

  6. Ha! I enjoyed the questions. Laughed at the last one. I am sure it is not true. YOur life sounds like a good one because you aim for goodness. That's a fine example to follow! Have a good weekend.

  7. Love the kitty enjoying the sunpuddle. Excellent.

I love all your answers to the fill-ins. I wish I could wave a wand and you'd have new and dependable vehicles. You could write a book on car issues.

Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.

Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend, my friend. ♥

  13. I assume that grey ball of floof is a cat. I can't really tell from the pic.

Re: Fill-ins, like I told Sandee, I never participate because I can never think of anything on the spot.

Your answer to #3 struck a cord with me. I have the same affliction, but I prefer to call it being "trifty."

  14. Such a cute kitty. Thanks for participating in the fill-ins, great answers as always. I admire that you home schooled your kids, that is a big commitment. I try to be cheap too, but vet bills always do me in- I scrimp on everything else though. Have a wonderful weekend! XO

  15. We loved your answers. The Female Human is also cheap (although she prefers to call herself "thrifty").

  16. What a happy kitty in a sun puddle! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! The self-help genre is such a clever answer. Though, I'm also thinking my life would lead to a what-not-to-do sort of self-help. Have a wonderful day!
