You have a gift for seeing the blessings in little things and I realized how much naturally awesome food we have access to and rarely give a thought to. All of the above are healthy and delicious and we are so very blessed with these gifts in our lives. Food not only nourishes but has such strong psychological effects both in memory and in pleasure. I think I could eat avocados three times a day and never tire of them. The same is true of nuts and seeds and most fruits. I'm also a big fan of squash in all varieties, so much flavor!
