Link Linker the Stinker, Champion Chair Napper (Feline Friday), Friendly Fill-Ins, Nature Friday, and Pet Photo Fails

 ***********************************

Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (may he rest in peace), and i'm going to believe it's because he liked cats.

He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she has entrusted it to me.

Feline Friday is simple to join.  All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute).  Then add your link!

One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do.  So come and join us in Feline Friday.

What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!

Link Linker the Stinker is a champion at napping in his favorite chair, he can even do it with a dangle.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. My plans for this weekend include _________ and __________________.

2. I meant it when I said I _____________________________.

3. I should probably _________ more often so that _________.

4. I will never jump on the _________ trend.

1. My plans for this weekend include   work   and   volunteer work.

2. I meant it when I said I   only want one cat at a time while i'm still working.

3. I should probably   get to work on my taxes earlier   more often so that   i'm not rushed at the last minute like some years when i put it off.

4. I will never jump on the _________ trend.   My rule is to not use "never," because i will regret it, therefore:  i hope to not jump on the   latest fad diet   trend.

Nature Friday is hosted by LLB in Our Backyard.  Simply post a picture of the natural world, and link up!

This Chinese fringe tree is a mass of blooms right now.

Pet Photo Fails is hosted by Melissa's Mochas, Mysteries & Meows.

I tried to get a picture of Link Linker in the sun and got an overexposed mess.

  1. Link Linker is a very elegant napper with his dangle. He changed colour in the sun for his fail!
Good fill ins. I wouldn't try a fad diet either.
I have never heard of a Chinese fringe tree, but it is beautiful.

  2. No matter how you take the photos of Link, he's a handsome kitty. And he sure knows how to just fall asleep wherever he's lying. I don't think I've even heard of that kind of tree so I really appreciated seeing it blooming. Happy Friday

  3. That name linker the stinker always makes us laugh! Mom has never been one to diet. She figures diets never last so if she feels like she needs to lose a pound or two, she just eats less and exercises more. Those fad diets are almost always a temporary fix.

  4. links picture is beautiful, not a mess at all. I meant it when I said, when Beau is gone, there will be no more dogs. we are to old. Bob just laughs and says you don't mean that, and if you don't get one I will. my answer was, just how do you plan to get one from a hospital bed.
that fringe tree is certainly names correctly
