This is my life right now in a nutshell and i give you my word i am not making it up.
Little Ben, eight weeks old, is in the hospital for a bladder infection, and i'm on GG duty as often as needed with Annie while her parents take shifts at the hospital.
Grandma is getting worse and i will now have to drive down there twice a week to help, sometimes spending the night.
Mr. BA and Ms. GA are out of town and i am having to tend their clowder of cats before and after work each day.
My usual workload and church meeting schedule has not changed and the check engine lights are now on in both cars (Lawrence the Honda and Slow-Moe the Pontiac).
This week is the Six Sentence Cafe's Poetry Slam, so somebody please tell my muse to get in here and give me something to work with, i would like to do more than just watch and serve snacks, although that may end up being what happens.

While Good Fences Around the World seems to have gone the way of the dodo bird, i still enjoy looking for and posting interesting fences, so i will!

Oh, hope the baby is much better very soon! So lovely though that you can help out! This time last year we stayed at our son's house to care for the cats while they were in the hospital having our granddaughter!

I think the fence looks a little bit like the way you feel. Overwhelmed and tipping sideways a bit. Hope Ben and your mother get better. I have them both in my prayers, and you too.

ReplyDeleteMom is worn out with the new puppy, lots of work, usual home stuff that needs doing, and gramma's cat is on the way out so gramma needs extra support. But that is nothing compared to your schedule right now. You must be exhausted!

Mimi, I am praying for the baby to get all better now! And for Annie (and you) to stay well. AND for both cars to keep going awhile longer! You are really going through it.
