It was a tremendous big deal if someone went to Florida or California for a vacation, because then they would bring back Fresh Oranges! That seems like nothing special these days, what with year-round availability of so many fruits and vegetables, but it was a special treat then.Suldoghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07778845367184916684noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-917428205224357542.post-64536226736629204872011-12-28T14:11:12.789-06:002011-12-28T14:11:12.789-06:00Cat, we can eat plenty, with all 6 of us plus bonu...Cat, we can eat plenty, with all 6 of us plus bonus children, but we still have others. I love oranges, but I really don't know much in the way of recipes, unless you count Russian Tea. I just tend to put a bib on and eat them whole. (I am a messy eater, the juice tends to be... all over, by the time I am finished.)

CatCathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16085463730809297977noreply@blogger.com
