Silly Sunday: What if?

Today is the baby shower for Sweet Sue, Red-headed Alec's fiancee. 

Every time Red-headed Alec comes over to visit and i ask how he is doing, he gives me a deer-in-the-headlights look and says, "Um, I'm about to be a dad, and I'm thrilled and petrified!"

Tee Boudreaux be talkin' to his frien' Pierre, an' he say, "I's scared, Pierre.  My Père, Boudreaux, he work all day ever' day to make sure I got a good house to live in an' plen'y food to eat, an' my Mère, Clothile, she be all day cookin' an' cleanin' an' washin', an' I be mighty scared!"

An' Pierre ax, "It soun' like you gots it made, what fo' you be scared?"

An' Tee say, "Mais, what if dey try to escape!"

    "Wife's Appreciation Day" is an every day thing here it seems because DH is that good to me. He is the sweetest, kindest man in the whole world! I don't know how I got so blessed to get him and I ain't about to let him go. :D

    "National Apple Dumpling Day". Yum! I used to get one every time we visited the Apple Barn and Cider Mill in Pigeon Forge and it's been years since I've had one. I'm gonna have to get one the next time we go!
