Desperate (Feline Friday) and Friendly Fill-Ins

(Because some people like Blogger and some like WordPress, i am putting the same content at both.  If you would prefer to read this on the other site, it is linked here.)

Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

If it's cold enough, even the shyest cat will snuggle close.  Horizon, the cat that looks upon me with deep suspicion as i'm the dispenser of meds when they are needed, sat close enough for a selfie:

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. I am always ____________________.

2. I brake for ______________________

3. I’d be lying if I said _________.

4. _________ wins the race.

1. I am always praying for my family and friends.

2. I brake for any and every animal that ends up in the road, and i've been known to pull off the road to get out of the car and see the critters to safety; Sweetie has stopped traffic to make sure the mama ducks with ducklings get across safely, too.

3. I’d be lying if I said i wasn't tired.

4. Never giving up wins the race.

  14. Horizion is so handsome! He reminds me of one of my childhood kitties, whose name was Sammy. And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I really relate to your answer about braking for all animals. It amazes me every day that I haven't caused a wreck by stopping for animals at the last second. Have a wonderful day!
