Enjoying Sunshine (Feline Friday) and Friendly Fill-Ins

(Because some people like Blogger and some like WordPress, i am putting the same content at both.  If you would prefer to read this on the other site, it is linked here.)

***********************************

Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

The weather is just right and Tripod SissyCat is enjoying the view from the safety of the porch.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. I admire ____________________.

2. I can’t wait for _____________to bloom.

3. I’m proud to say _________.

4. _________ make(s) me nervous.

1. I admire those who go after their dreams.  Even if they don't quite succeed, i admire they had the courage to try.

2. I can’t wait for the pecan trees to bloom.  Once they bloom all danger of frost is over.  You can fool other trees, you cannot fool the pecans.

3. I’m proud to say i am more consistently remembering my calcium supplements.  It's not easy to remember, i'm not sure why.

4. Rain and storms can make(s) me nervous.  It didn't used to be that way, but this house has made me much more jumpy about such things.

  1. Tripod SissyCat has a beautiful. The cat must have seen something from the posture of the body and tail. I can identify with statement #4. Every time there is a storm, I get jumpy too because a storm blew off part of our roofing.

  2. It's always good to read througt your today-list. Every time I read the birthday section, I wonder how many unknown to me celebrities exist. Today only Groucho Marx saved me from an Oh I don't know any of the listed persons-moment ;)

Storms make me nervous too. We have a big electricity pylon near us and it often gets lightning strikes.

  8. Glad SissyCat got to enjoy the fresh air. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I did not know that about pecan trees, they sound pretty clever. I have been reading lately that a magnesium supplement is needed to absorb the calcium-do you take one of those to? If not, you should ask your Dr. about it. Have a great weekend! XO
