It's been a bit of a while since i did a whole thankful post about the shelter, so let's remedy that now.
We are thankful to have such a nice cat shelter at all, that took years of fundraising.
Donated litter is a big thankful.
The washing area was not piled up into a mountain.
The work went really well, and there were people adopting while we were there.
Adoptions have been steady, as seen on the adoptions board.
A strong husband to help get all the garbage out is a thankful.
The kittens are relaxed and happy.
The two isolation rooms, for ringworm cats and upper respiratory infected cats, are totally empty!!!
This gent, Lane, is getting more comfortable (he had a huge spat with his brother the other day!).
Jody, who is very slow to warm up, let me pet her.
Best i could do petting and taking a photo. |
Ten happy things about the shelter, some with pictures, as Clark would say, the completion or near completion of a task is, in itself, a thankful thing, and i think that makes ten plus a bonus!
Please join us and our gracious and wonderful hostess Kristi from ThankfulMe, write up your own list and link up to Ten Things of Thankful.

ReplyDeleteNice to see a long "adopted" list.
The shelter is in very good hands and everyone has contributed to make the place neat and clean. You and others have taken good care of the cats to get them healthy for adoption.
