Horizon (Feline Friday) and Friendly Fill-Ins, an A to Z Post

Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.

He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

When #1 Son was 15, his first girlfriend found a semi-feral kitten and her mother said she couldn't keep it (they already had several cats).  What did she do?  Give it to #1 Son as a birthday gift, so that we couldn't say no.

Now Horizon is Sweetie's precious snookums who sleeps on him every night.  He's still semi-feral and spends a lot of time hiding.  It's not easy to get a good picture of him.  (Also, i could not upload the pictures, i had to take photos of the photos!)

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. I don’t like to ______________, but I have to.

2. I _______________like a __________________.

3. I secretly _________.

4. _________ wears me out.

1. I don’t like to    clean litter boxes,   but I have to.   Having the cats makes it worth doing.

2. I   nap  like a    cat, with one ear open listening for disturbances.

3. I secretly   hate Sweetie’s driving.  He scares everyone in our family, especially me.

4. Folding several loads of laundry at once  wears me out.
