Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.

He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

Granddaughter has moved back in with Ms. GA and Mr. BA.  (She lived with them for the summer between high school and college, and is now there for the summer after her sophomore year.)  This time, she has moved in with a cat of her own to add to the mix.

Ruth(less) is a juvenile tortoiseshell (tortie) with attitude ("tortitude") who will scratch or bite to indicate playtime is done.  She's shaking up the household and stalking Abigail, who is being most patient with her:

1. My day is not complete until I  have evening prayers.

2. It is time to   get a new window unit A/C for the bedroom.  The old one quit working and the day will soon come when an open window will not be enough.

3. Learning more about the procedure  made me change my mind about   ever declawing a cat.  When i was a kid, it was considered simply what you did, but now that i know better, how horrible it is for the cat, i wouldn't even consider it again.

4. I simply refuse to   give up my King James Version.  Other translations may be more accurate in some passages, or a bit easier to understand and read, but i love my KJV.
