It's time once again for a random and happy Tuesday, linking up with Stacy's Random Thoughts at Stacy Uncorked and Sandee at Comedy Plus.
Up until a couple of days ago, every time i went out in the morning to take Coda for her morning constitutional, all i could hear was the roar of generators. Now, i hear crickets, and i do mean actual, real crickets. It's a lovely sound.
This is funeral week. Mr. C from our church, Mr. Jack (Ms. PA's husband), and my brother all this week. The hurricane really messed up a lot of schedules.
Things go on though, and we have funnies. Like the following Senior Texting Codes.
SENIOR TEXTING CODES:
ATD - at the doctor.
BFF - best friend fell.
BTW -bring the wheelchair.
BYOT - bring your own teeth.
FWIW - forgot where I was.
GPA- gotta pee again
GGPBL - gotta go, pacemaker battery low.
GHA - got heartburn again.
IMHO - is my hearing aid on?
LMDO - laughing my dentures out.
OMMR - on my massage recliner
ROFLACGU - rolling on floor laughing and can't get up.
Here are some real life examples of why teachers and parents might decide to drink.
Have a blessed and beautiful day, everyone!
