Creatures of Habit and Other Funny Stuff, a Random and Happy Tuesday Post

It's time once again for a random and happy Tuesday, linking up with Stacy's Random Thoughts at Stacy Uncorked and Sandee at Comedy Plus.  

All of us tend to be creatures of habit whether we admit it or not, and this is especially true of pets, children, and Carl.

If he’s used to a garbage can being in a certain place, then that’s where it should be.  The garbage can should be on the side of the washer, and it isn’t.

The can does not belong on this side of the washer.

That doesn’t make a difference to Carl.

The can belongs here, this is where the garbage will be thrown.

One thing i’ve learned is to never, ever be surprised at what i find in his room.  When i found his mother’s apron in his underwear drawer

i just figured he’d washed it and put it away with his stuff because that was faster than putting it where it belongs.  

(Side Note:  Carl as you would imagine, can be a messy eater.  Sometimes he puts on an apron when he eats to keep his clothes clean.  He has a few of his own but if one of his mom's is closer, well, you get the idea.)  

Only it wasn’t clean.  No, i don’t want to know how it got put away dirty, and yes, i washed it.  Of course, when i was done, i put it where it belonged.

Carl has a Peet brand shoe and glove dryer.  When i got there yesterday, he had a pair of shoes on it.  Then i looked closer, 

and i realized that was the refrigerator that was plugged in.  The dryer wasn’t until i plugged it in myself.

 Now i have to ask, have you ever been this tired?
