Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.
When i was cat sitting a while back, their granddaughter dropped off her cat Ruth(less) while she was flea bombing her apartment.
of course she's not "supposed" to be on the counter, what's your point? |

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. Did you know _________?
2. My plans for June include _________ and _________.
3. When I need to cheer myself up, I _________.
4. I could teach an entire course on _________.
1. Did you know the gene for six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot is actually dominant over five? Scientist have no idea why the recessive trait of five each became the more common.
2. My plans for June include work and vacation and then back to work.
3. When I need to cheer myself up, I sing praise music (quietly, to myself, i promise!).
4. I could teach an entire course on how to earn a living when you don't have much talent to earn a living!

Such a pretty kitty. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I did not know that about the genes for fingers and toes. I am glad you will get a much- deserved vacation. XO
ReplyDeleteThose were good answers. Ruth looks like such a pretty girl, I'm sure she is a real sweetie at. heart.
ReplyDeleteNow I'm really curious about that 6 finger gene. That goes against everything I learned in school about dominant and recessive genes. Fascinating.
