Wet and Wild, a Random and Happy Tuesday Post

It's time once again for a random and happy Tuesday, linking up with Stacy's Random Thoughts at Stacy Uncorked and Sandee at Comedy Plus.  

You know it's going to be one of those days at Carl's house when you walk in the back door and can already hear the dryer going.

It means he's behind on the laundry and trying to play catch up.

Signs of a sudden attempt at laundry catch-up.

Of course.  Question one, what's clean and what's dirty?  The stuff in the dryer, well, it's too late, assume he washed it, let it dry and put it away.

The rest?  He doesn't remember either.  It all gets taken back to his room for sorting and rewashing.

Remember how i said he has trouble and a love/hate relationship with dental floss?  Pictorial evidence.

He decided that pair of shorts was dirty, too.

At one point in the clothes sorting process, i noticed more items in the pile than i remembered.  Then i realized he'd walked past the bed where i'd put the dry clothes that just came out of the dryer, thought they were dirty, and he'd thrown them off the bed and into the sorting pile.

It's a wonder he ever has anything to wear.

There's almost always a surprise in store and this week was no different.  A bag in his dirty clothes bin.

Okay, now what?

Unearthing (unclothing? that sounds too racy) whatever this is.

What's in there?  That's why i wear gloves.

It contained one of his cloth and rubber gloves, with a latex glove over it, and one of his flexible ice packs.  The ice pack is filled with nothing but water instead of a chemical concoction, and it had partially broken open, everything in the bag was sopping.  Since it's a clothing item, a glove, into the dirty clothes it went, bag and all.

Because i had being wet on my mind and it is summer, swimming funnies.

Yes, it should read "hasn't broken the water".  Sorry, i just find them, i can't edit them.
