Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (who no longer blogs), and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute). Then add your link!
One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do. So come and join us in Feline Friday.
What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!
The boys, Dansig the Round and Link Linker the Stinker, were chillin' and wanted to star in a Feline Friday. I think they are tired of being upstaged by shelter kittens all the time!

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. Never underestimate _________.
2. _________ makes me _________.
3. I need to _________ so that I can _________.
4. I didn't realize _________ until _________.
1. Never underestimate the power of prayer.
2. A big storm makes me nervous.
3. I need to get everything out of my car so that I can reorganize my cleaning supplies, they get all higgledy piggledy after a while.
4. I didn't realize how much my Sweetie really needed a chain, not just a case, for his phone until this last round with it being lost. He has a case and a chain going through it hooked to a belt loop now, and he hasn't misplaced it since!

Love the chilling pair. I am glad that Sweetie hasn't lost his phone recently too.
ReplyDeleteThe boys are posing nicely for their photo. I am glad your Sweetie's phone is now safely secured and shouldn't get lost again.
ReplyDeleteA phone chain, what a good idea!!
ReplyDeleteThey def got the attention this time heheh! :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a starstastic weekend and thanks for hosting 👍
Floofy cats are simply beautiful, aren't they. And they should be shown off with photos as much as possible. Nice to hear that you now have your husband chained to his phone, LOL.
ReplyDeleteYou have a couple of gorgeous pussycats, there. They both look very content. Dansig and Linker are very distinctive names and humorous at the same time.
ReplyDeleteI love the cats's names. So fitting! And I got to thinking about the phone and needing to be chained. I would not have thought of the problem for men in particular until I read that. They DO have to always use a pocket. I keep mine in my purse. Most of my clothes don't have adequate pocket space if they even have a pocket. I see zillions of women through the years in stores with their phones half way jammed into their back pants pockets. I'd be afraid of it jiggling out to crash to the floor...someone reaching over in a line and easing it out of the pocket...and breaking the phone sitting with it in the back pocket. Gosh, I about wrote a blog here. :-)
ReplyDeleteThose kitties are so cute! Those were good fill-in answers too and we are glad the SweetiePhone is sticking around now.
ReplyDeleteWe're MOL @ higgledy piggledy - it's a great saying!
ReplyDeleteNice to see Dansig and Link. Link and my Brody could be brothers. Thanks for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers, especially #1. I am glad your hubby hasn't lost his phone again. :) XO
ReplyDeleteSo glad to see the boys get a chance to star in Feline Friday. They are quite handsome. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh what beautiful kitties ~ so glad you featured them ~ and glad Sweetie's phone is attached to him ~ smile.
ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
Love your first fill-in and I completely agree with the one about storms too! That gray and white cat looks like a fluffed up version of my Fiona. :-)
ReplyDeleteYeah - the boys need their photo time too! Although they look like we do when we are waiting for our food MOL! And yes, the power of prayer is the ultimate.
ReplyDeleteAww, it was sure nice seeing Dansig and Link Linker today. They're both so handsome!
ReplyDeleteEpic fill-ins today, and we get a little nervous of storms too, apparently golf ball sized hail may make an appearance in our area this afternoon as a storm front moves up the country! (Not looking forward to that at all!)
ReplyDeleteDansig the Round and Link Linker the Stinker, are looking epically epic, stay fluffy dudes!
Yeah, kitties, you're seldom a prophet in your own land! I actually love big storms! As long as they aren't damaging anything!
ReplyDeleteAll good until your sweetie misplaces his pants. ;)
