Sunday Selections was started as a way for bloggers to use photos that might otherwise just languish in their files. The rules have been relaxed, and it is now simply a showcase for your photos, new or old, good or bad, although nothing rude, please. It was hosted by River, who still participates, and is now hosted by Elephant's Child.
Our church's choir director and his wife are expecting. They announced it's a girl with a "pretty in pink" party.
A member of our church turned 90, and some friends and her Sunday school class gave her a surprise party.
A few random photos, and a very few sky shots. We haven't had many colorful sunsets the last week or so.

Once, Mom came home off the midnight shift to find all...all...of her potted plants on the floor and carpet. (cat) She has watered them only that morning, so mud everywhere. All succulents. It was heartbreaking to her. She loved her plants. Enjoyed the fact..I always do and the birthdates of famous people. That picture of the losing birds is precious. I haven't seen anything nice or better. And I see Louisiana thing aside from Boudreaux which I loved...and assume that is where you are. I used to make many every 6 week trips to New Orleans. Enjoyed my time there.
