Almost a Catastrophe (Cajun Joke), Sunday Selections and Sunday Selfies

Just because Sandee of Comedy Plus is no longer hosting a Silly Sunday blog hop, do not expect me to quit telling Cajun jokes, especially as it has now become a habit.

We arrived at Grandma and Grandpa's yesterday to find Grandma had spilled her coffee and boy, was she grumpy!  Another cup was being procured post haste and a good mood was restored much faster than restoring order to the bedclothes on which it had been spilled.

Boudreaux done be at work an' he be makin' de pot o' coffee in de break room.  Jes' as he be openin' de can de boss walk in an' Boudreaux almos' loose hims grip.  De boss say, "Be careful, you don't want to spill that."  An' Boudreaux make de boss laugh when he done say say, "Mais, non!  Dat be grounds fo' firin' me!"

Sunday Selections was started as a way for bloggers to use photos that might otherwise just languish in their files.  The rules have been relaxed, and it is now simply a showcase for your photos, new or old, good or bad, although nothing rude, please.  It was hosted by River, who still participates, and is now hosted by Elephant's Child.
