Linking up with Wordless Wednesday, BeThere2Day, and Sandee at Comedy Plus.
***********************************
Please keep Ms. Sandee and Mr. Zane in your heart and prayers. She's supposed to try to post an update on Thankful Thursday tomorrow.
***********************************
Words for Wednesday was begun by Delores and has become a moveable feast of word or picture or music prompts to encourage us to write stories, poems, or whatever strikes our fancy.
This month, the prompts are being provided by River.
This week's words/prompts are:
1. off the beaten track
2. cheeky old fella's goin' fishin'
3. bouquet
4. marketing
5. cape
6. crease
Charlotte's colour of the month is olive green if you would like to include it.
"What's Warren up to with the BOUQUET? And what's he wearing?"
"The Cheeky Old Fella's Goin' Fishin'."
"Again! Wasn't last time enough? And Olive Green's a good color, but not on that, what is it, a CAPE!"
"I guess last time didn't teach him much, and he heard on the grapevine she likes those comic book movies they make these days. The new tenant, you've seen 'er, works in the MARKETING department someplace downtown, took the room here for a month until her flat is ready."
"She's Off The Beaten Track, even for him. How much you want to bet she'll send him packing faster'n he can blink?"
"And likely with a CREASE in his 'cape' to boot."
"Let's go watch the fun, and make sure this one doesn't try to toss him out the window like the last time."

ReplyDeleteThat was an intriguing story. I wish I knew more!
We don't know what is wrong with Sandee and Zane and we can't find a post with any info. All we know is we hope their troubles pass well and soon. BTW, who has time to wrap their banana stems in foil, LOL?
ReplyDeletePraying as requested.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
There must be a reason the banana stems are wrapped in foil. Must last longer.
ReplyDeleteWe have two appointments today and the first one is at 8:45. Thank you for the prayers. There will be a detailed post tomorrow for Thankful Thursday.
Love your use of the prompts. You're most talented.
