Awww Monday is hosted by Sandee at Comedy Plus.
Join us every Monday for Awww...Mondays. Post a picture that makes you say Awww... and that's it.
Make sure you get the code from Sandee's site, linked above, and leave a link to your post so we can visit you. What better way to start the week than with a smile!
A few weeks ago, i posted about this mama duck on her nest.
The babies hatched when i was not at the shelter (which i expected, as i'm only there 2x per week).
Mama took the babies straight to the pond, and i'm sure they are much bigger now, but another mama from the nearby pond came with hers.

Sparks is the brainchild of Annie of McGuffy's Reader, who wanted us to post something positive and uplifting at the start of the week. While she no longer blogs, i like to post an Inspiring Quote of the Week in her honor.

Our dear friend Diane is taking a break
accommodations we must make

Lovely ducks.
ReplyDeleteGod bless, Mimi.
The ducks are gorgeous. Candid and kind seems to be difficult for many.
ReplyDeleteYou have to be right there when they hatch, or they are gone, kind of crazy to be born and have to walk to a pond right away. Last year ours fell into the storm drain and had to be fished out by the police.
ReplyDeleteGreat spark today. And baby duckies!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing little duck families.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy seeing the wee duckies too. Good Sparks and a good story too!
ReplyDeleteAwww on the adorable ducks. The babies are always so adorable.

Baby ducklings are so cute. Candid and kind are good ways to live.
ReplyDeleteLulu: "We've seen little baby ducks like that in the pond in the park near us! Those little guys sure can motor around, and they keep a close eye on their mom!"
ReplyDeleteJava Bean: "Just like me!"
Such sweet ducks.
ReplyDeleteI can relate to that worst childhood fear, and mood swing cracked me up! Carl seems to be improving, at least somewhat, on his organization.
