Potsie (Feline Friday), Friendly Fill-Ins and Nature Friday

 ***********************************

My apologies to friends who have been looking for the new Feline Friday link on the Feline Friday page this week.  Between the new granddaughter and a hurricane in one week, I'm always running late now!

***********************************

Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (may he rest in peace), and i'm going to believe it's because he liked cats.

He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.

Feline Friday is simple to join.  All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute).  Then add your link!

One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do.  So come and join us in Feline Friday.

What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!

Potsie is elderly and has no teeth, so he can't hold his "licker."

His tongue is almost always out whether he means for it to be or not.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. _________ would make me happier than _________.

2. _________ raises my blood pressure.

3. I have a lot of _________ that I don't use.

4. I never seem to have _________ when I need it.

1. Being totally out of debt and having two decent cars  would make me happier than   a pig in slops.

2. Politics  raises my blood pressure.

3. I have a lot of   useless facts and info in my head  that I don't use.

4. I never seem to have   quite enough time  when I need it.

Nature Friday is hosted by LLB in Our Backyard Simply post a picture of the natural world, and link up!

  1. Poor Potsie with no teeth. I guess he manages to eat okay, but no kibble unless it gets soaked in gravy?

  2. Dear Potsie! We used to have an old tortie called Mother Puss and she didn't have a tooth in her head, but it didn't stop her keeping all the other cats in order.

  5. What a beautiful outdoor photo and what a sweet kitty with or without teeth. I hope that hurricane hasn't interfered too much with new life as a grandmother and with the granddaughter. If only you could have shortened your storm for yourself and sent me some rain it would have been appreciated, LOL
