Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (may he rest in peace), and i'm going to believe it's because he liked cats.
He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she has entrusted it to me.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute). Then add your link!
One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do. So come and join us in Feline Friday.
What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!
I was trying to snap a picture of Vinny and only then saw Vivi was "photobombing." Later, I got a photo of her, too.
They were both a bit shy, but had just had their surgeries and were not feeling their very best.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. My favorite kind of pie is _________________.
2. I will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by __________________.
3. I was correct when I predicted that _________.
4. I didn’t see _________ coming.
1. My favorite kind of pie is vegan chocolate "cheezecake".
2. I will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by taking care of our little Annie, since it's on a Tuesday.
3. I was correct when I predicted that my Sweetie would spoil Link Linker the Stinker rotten by getting up to let the cat in our out every single time he squeaks in the middle of the night. Sure enough, the cat wants to be let in and out at least twice every night (and i sleep through it, i'm not spoiling him!).
4. I didn’t see working as a janitor/housekeeper at my age coming.

Vinny and Vivi are very cute. I love the photo of Vivi photobombing! The azalea is looking beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI'm wondering what the name like Vinny if that kitten is a boy. Of course precious is a girl but I like to think that she would have looked just like this when she was a little kitten. Of course she's a very big girl now, lol.
ReplyDeleteKitties don't look happy about being photographed but no one does when they are not feeling so well. As for your fill ins, you have your ideas of your life when you are young, for most it will end up nothing like what you thought. That is so true for our Mom. As long as it is a good life, that is all that matters.
ReplyDeleteThose kitties sure are cuties! I liked your fill-in answers too. Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteSweet photobomb! Beautiful flowers and great fill-ins.
ReplyDeleteAdorable kitties. Thanks for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-in, great answers except I wish you could retire. XO
ReplyDeleteTwo adorable kitties and lovely nature shots ~ hugs, ^_^
ReplyDeleteOf course when kitties are involved, I must comment. Vinni and Vivi look so small, cute, and softly fluffy. I hope they are feeling quite a lot better post-surgery and that they don't have to wait very long for their new home.
ReplyDeletePretty flowers, the audacius and the shy ones alike.
ReplyDeleteAdorable kitty pictures. Great fill ins. Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteDouble V's are great Feline Friday friends.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful Nature Friday too
Hugs Cecilia
Sembla que a aquests gats no els hi agraden les fotos.
ReplyDeleteEl meu pastis favorit és la tarta de formatge. ;-)

ReplyDeleteI love your violets! We're due for another freeze, probably on Monday they say, so it's just as well my violets haven't started yet.
ReplyDeleteI'm reading a book right now that has a cat named Vivi. (It's not the book featured on my blog today.) Beautiful flowers! The link-up isn't working for me. I'll have to come back later and try again. Have a great weekend. :)
ReplyDeletethecontemplativecat... Is the deep pink bush by the fence a bougainvillea? they love living here in desert California. One year 20 yrs ago, our plant was huge, truly huge. Had it cut down, and the gardener showed me the root system. It was easily 2 feet long. I wish I had kept the roots.
ReplyDeleteCute kittens! I love the flowers, too.
ReplyDeleteAnd bless the pups,
Very cute little kitties, I am sure they will be adopted quickly.
ReplyDeleteI have tried to join the hop several times but keep getting a server error message. Vivi and Vinny are both gorgeous kitties. And that azalea bush is stunning. XOCK, angels Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid & Sawyer, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Kizmet, Audrey, Raleigh, Gibbs & Tali
ReplyDeleteThe kittens look well behaved and groomed. I hope they find their forever home soon.
ReplyDeleteOona: "That is some excellent stealth photobombing from Vivi. LIKE A NINJA. Oona could not have done it better herself!"
ReplyDeleteBeautiful kitties
ReplyDeleteOh, Mimi, we can't link up our bloggie, it says that it's a server error, so we tried the other server, but we're still not allowed to link up. Anyway, we love the kitties, they're so cute💗Your answers on the fill ins are great. The third one made us MOL😸Double Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend🐾😙💞
ReplyDeleteThe kitties are gorgeous, and we hope they are felling more furbulous in the days to come. Epic fill-ins, and chocolate vegan pie sounds deeee-licious!!! We couldn't link up because linky is on the fritz... we'll try again later. Happy Sunday! 🐾😻🐾
