At Last! (Feline Friday) and Friendly Fill-Ins

(Because some people like Blogger and some like WordPress, i am putting the same content at both.  If you would prefer to read this on the other site, it is linked here.)

***********************************

Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

Tripod SissyCat didn't get to go outside during the rainy days we had and then during the storm, so now she is making up for lost time, enjoying her grass nibbles.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. I have been contemplating ___________________________________.

2. I want to ____________ a _________________ about __________________.

3. People should worry less about _________ and more about _________.

4. I want to make the world a better place by _________.

1. I have been contemplating retirement, although it isn't going to be any time soon.

2. I want to learn a sufficient amount about most subjects to be able to talk intelligently about them.

3. People should worry less about what others think of them and more about making sure the life they are living is such that if others tell bad stories about them, the stories won't be believed.

4. I want to make the world a better place by treating others the way i would want to be treated.

  2. Cats love to be able to get at the fresh grass.
We have a horse livery yard so you never completely retire from that, but when I first became ill 8 years ago we changed from me doing full liveries to a DIY yard. Now it is nice to be able to just pick up and go whenever we want to, and make the most of life while we can.
