Banana Pudding Happiness (Wordless Wednesday and Words for Wednesday)

***********************************

Linking up with Wordless Wednesday and Sandee at Comedy Plus.

***********************************

Words for Wednesday was begun by Delores and has become a moveable feast of word or picture or music prompts that encourages us to write stories, poems, or whatever strikes our fancy.

This month, the prompts are being provided by Elephant's Child.

This week's prompts are photos.

"Is she going to make the banana pudding?"

"Do those drum players show up to every festival around here?  Was there a full moon last week?  Is the Pope a Catholic?  Whadda ya mean is she going to make the banana pudding?!?  It's already made!"

"All right!  Happy Birthday to us!!!

(Today is birthday number sixty-six for Sweetie and his twin, Brother-in-Law.  They are not big on cake, but i can promise the banana pudding will be demolished in no time.  Yes, the picture at the top is a freshly made banana pudding.)

  8. Mimi,

I love banana pudding but I love cake even more! You can make the cake and send it this way since Sweetie isn't a big fan. :) I made banana pudding this past Easter, except with no bananas for DH. He can't eat them but I can, so I put some in mine. :)

  12. Sign me up for some banana pudding and a slice of Boston creme pie. Happy birthday to one of my favorite country artists, Dwight Yoakam. Johnny Carson will always be the "gold standard" for late night talk show hosts. Leno and Letterman were very good, but today's crop is average at best, and unwatchable too often. Jimmy Kimmel and James Cordon are probably the most entertaining while Seth Meyers is simply unbearable. Thankfully, I am in deep sleep by the time Meyers is on. Have a blessed week.

  19. Good take on the images, messymimi.

I won't be making the pudding, not just for me. I admit it...I'm too lazy. I'll reach for a chocolate-coated ice cream from my freezer, instead! :)
