Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.
Dansig had this reaction when i tried to get him to look at me for a picture while he was eating:
C’mon, Dude, let me get a picture! |
Nyah! (he stuck his tongue out at me!) |

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. _____________________ stresses me this time of year.
2. My favorite holiday film is ______________________.
3. If you ask me, _________ makes this season merry and bright.
4. _________ brings back memories.
1. The thought of porch pirates stresses me this time of year. We have had mail and packages stolen, and it’s a mess to deal with. The fact that we are no longer home much during the day makes it worse.
2. My favorite holiday film is It’s a Wonderful Life.
3. If you ask me, outdoor Christmas lights make this season merry and bright.
4. Music brings back memories.

That's my favorite Christmas movie too! Stressing me? Buying gifts for everybody. Snow makes the season bright, and the smell of candles and greenery bring back memories.
ReplyDeletePorch pirates is a wonderful term - which I hadn't come across before.
ReplyDeleteThe noise, the bustle and the heat are stressing me out this year. As they do every year. Christmas in July suits me much better (and is celebrated in some places here).
I think you caught them at the wrong time for posing heheh!
ReplyDeleteI agree with your replies music always brings back memories, I also like that film it was only on a few days ago here on one of the temporary xmas channels
Have a wonderfullifetastic week :-)
I've got a doozy of an ugly sweater... I always win. :-D
ReplyDeleteWe always try to stay positive around here, but the world we live in today makes it hard. Porch pirating is so sad. It seems like the world is really missing respecting others these days. Hope nothing of yours gets stolen.
ReplyDeleteDansig is busy. Way to busy for a photo shoot. So cute.
ReplyDeleteLove your fill ins and we love the same movie. Excellent.
Yikes on your packages. That's rampant here.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend, my friend. ♥
Shame on the PORCH Pirates who do not respect others. Hope nothing disappears this year for you!
ReplyDeleteDansig (have I told you lately how much I love his name?) is being a cat. That's how they roll.
ReplyDeleteEverything about the season stresses me. I have to keep reminding myself of George Bailey's struggle so I can keep a grip on important things. And with the endless shopping commercials on TV, it makes more and more people forget the reason for the season.
Sorry about your porch pirates. We haven't had that particular piece of thievery, but we did have our credit card hacked and daughter #1 had her debit card hacked.
Dansig is letting you know what he thinks of having his meal time interrupted.
ReplyDeleteWe've had porch pirates up here too and thanks to the video doorbells most have been busted. That Dansig is one handsome dude.
ReplyDeleteDansig is a cutie. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. Are you signed up for informed delivery through the USPS? You will get an email showing all your mail and packages that should arrive that day. That way you will no if something is missing. XO
ReplyDeleteI wonder what those cat, (and dog), pellets taste like?
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Dansig has a beautiful coat :)
ReplyDeleteDansig ~ you sweet kitty ~ cute photo ~ great fill-ins ~
ReplyDeleteHappy Moments to You,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
Dansig, you are your tongue are too cute! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I'm lucky that so far no packages have ever been stolen off of my porch. And I really agree with you on the Christmas lights. There isn't much more festive than seeing houses and more houses decorated for Christmas. Merry Christmas season!
