Someday (Six Sentence Story), Good Fences, Predicament (Sammy's Poetry Day) and Brian's Thankful Thursday

There are plenty of dreams i've let go by the wayside over the years.

A desk job is one of them, i'm not trained enough in anything that would get me one of those that pays as much as i earn now.

Going back to Europe, and getting to Australia and New Zealand, i don't see overseas travel in my future any more, i'm just glad i got to do what i got to do when i did.

Now, a tiny house on wheels, or a mini-RV, with a truck to pull it and back roads all over the US and Canada to explore, that could still happen in limited form someday.

Not while i have aging parents to care for and a business to run, of course.

It's a dream i'm going to put a bookmark in and i hope to revisit someday.

While Good Fences Around the World seems to have gone the way of the dodo bird, i still enjoy looking for and posting interesting fences, so i will!

Today i am thankful a bit of sleuthing on the part of the mechanics finally got #1 Son's car alternator to misbehave, as it was the problem just like we suspected.  It kept reading as good, but after several tries, it simply quit!  Now there's a new one in there and #1 Son is back to having his own way to work.
