Catnip (Feline Friday) and Friendly Fill-Ins

 ***********************************

Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.

He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

We had a catnip feast a few days ago, with the requisite "wrasslin' match."

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. I have a __________ on my ___________________.

2. I wish I could speak fluent __________________.

3. I wonder what would happen if _________.

4. If I want _________, I’m going to have to _________.

1. I have a   scar  on my   left arm, just above the inside of the elbow.  It has faded now, but it used to be very prominent, a reminder of when i broke my arm as a child.

2. I wish I could speak fluent   anything!  It would be wonderful to speak a second language, which is why i haven't stopped taking Spanish.

3. I wonder what would happen if   all the people who claim to have faith truly lived out what they believed every single day.

4. If I want   a day off,   I’m going to have to   schedule it way, way in advance.

  10. #2- I wish I could speak fluent everything, but I just don't have the ability to learn. I did French in high school, but just couldn't learn it and tried German in later years, but couldn't "get" that either.

  11. I talk about this all the time, people who talk the talk when it comes to the true tenets of faith, but don't bother making the effort to walk the walk.
