Our little Annie loves sour/dill/spicy tastes. She makes such funny faces when eating a lemon/lime popsicle, the kind with no sugar, just grape juice, lemon juice, and lime juice. She makes these faces, then takes another bite!

ReplyDeleteIt looks like a love hate relationship with sour but it may be winning her over. Love the sparks, they describe how Gramma always was as she designed and made most of her clothes. She was a fashion student and then worked in fashion until she stayed home with the kids and sewed clothes all the time. Even now that she can't see enough to sew she orders fashionable things.

love the piece of clothing and still smiling. I wonder if the woman in the red dress can sit down in that thing. Annie's face is priceless... I do love sour things and did not know they have popcyles in that flavor, and I don't eat sugar, which means I could make faces with Annies

Today feels like a good day to celebrate popcorn. It's funny how little ones react to dill/sour flavors. I must say, I'm not a huge fan of dill/sour tastes. I prefer a bread and butter pickle on my burger, over a straight up dill but sweet pickles are the best.

ReplyDeleteMan, there were some birthdays as I went through them that surprised me. I had no idea Lester Flatt was born that long ago. There were some others too that took me by surprise. In the last picture of Annie and the popsicle, she did not look too enthused. :-)
ReplyDeleteThe face could also be because the popsicle is cold. It's good that Annie like the pickle and spicy flavours and doesn't demand everything be sweet.
