I bought some avocados
while at the store one day,
no premade guacamole,
I do it my own way.
My taste buds are so picky,
I'm not a restaurant guac-a-phile,
For my favorite homemade recipe,
well, I would guac-a-mile!
I went to a Tex-Mex restaurant
to meet up with my friends,
one treated the table to appetizers,
their guac's supposedly high end.
But I declined to try it,
I preferred the salsa feast,
they made a big deal of it,
it was guac-ward, to say the least.
They finally realized I meant it,
and I ordered the salsa instead,
my friends think I've hit guac bottom,
and I'm touched in the head!
