it is easy to believe that.my late harvey was about that big whe his Momma abandonded him and a sister because they had slight defects in their legs,we took hime to our vet and our vet sad to put him down right away.I said no he get a shot at life.my mrs exercised his leggs and he got around OK and lived to be 18.
