Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
It's easy to participate. Just post a picture of a cat -- your cat, a LOL cat, or even draw a cat -- and link up!
Speaking of cats, our cats want to know, what in the world is that!
Dansig is very concerned about what is going on here.
Enigma is not going to get too close.
SissyCat is not amused.
Friend Chris had a customer who was about to go to the vet to have this sweet guy euthanized because his plans to breed and sell Cocker Spaniels wasn't paying off as he wanted it to. Now we are puppy-sitting until Little Girl's friend at school, whose parents have approved them adopting this dog, can take him on Saturday.
Too cute, isn't he?
The poor cats. First a duck and a chick, and now a puppy. It's no wonder all of my cats are a bit off.

Geesh, they would put down a dog because their plans didn't work for breeding? Makes you hope they never get another dog. Sorry....just touched a nerve here. We had a beautiful gorgeous corgi that came from a line of champions, pure bred, AKC, you name it. We made the choice when we first got him as a puppy to neuter him rather than "stud him out" because we wouldn't know who the pups would go to and we wanted to be responsible pet owners (we lost him to cancer this past December, still devastated by it).
I am glad you are house sitting until the dog can go to a home that will love it and that you helped save its life.
WHAT?! He bought a cocker to breed and then decided it wasn't making enough money and decided to KILL the dog??!! Special place in hell reserved for people that selfish and unfeeling.
It is so interesting watching animals. Strange guy though not wanting to keep this dog alive. I sometimes wonder why people breed animals when they don't even like them.
Oh, my word... I try to be even tempered about people and pets, that just (censored) me off! He was going to do that pup in because it didn't dump puppies all over the place?? SNARL... I hope the kitties are calming a bit. It probably would be a bit confusing with a pup-chick-duck, whatever around. Let the sniffing begin!
Thanks for meandering by and letting me know you were here! Comments on posts more than a week old are moderated. If Blogger puts your comment in "spam jail," i'll try to get it hauled out by day's end.

Cat
If it were up to me, I'd get a puppy and dump the cats. Cute little cocker spaniel. Too bad you have to give him back.

You can send the puppy over to us - Jo would love to have him! I have no suitable name for the person who was going to put it down.
