A to Z: Yay! I’m Adopted! (Feline Friday), Inspiring Quote of the Week, and Poetry Monday

Awww Monday is hosted by Sandee, of Comedy Plus.

Join us every Monday for Awww...Mondays.  Post a picture that makes you say Awww... and that's it.

Make sure you get the code from Sandee's site, linked above, and leave a link to your post so we can visit you.  What better way to start the week than with a smile!

Of course, no one who wants a cat could have resisted this one for long:

The tag means i’ve been pre-adopted and will go home after spay.

Sparks, the brainchild of Annie of McGuffy's Reader, is on hiatus, so here's an Inspiring Quote of the Week in her honor.

Delores and her friend Jenny are taking turns providing a theme for Poetry Monday, and i am trying my hand at participating.  This weeks theme is Robin Red Breast.

Robin Red Breast,
so pretty to see,
since i live in the south
you are never far from me.

Up north you are only
A fair weather friend
While down here the whole
Year you spend.

Still it's great to see you
As it says in the old song
When you choose to come
Bop-bop-bopping along.
