Well, and State Park Fence

"Well, what do we do now?" his mother asked as she blew her nose and tried to cover up that she wanted to cry.

"I continue to do what I've always done," he answered, "I work hard at school, and I play music for fun, because it is fun, it's just not my main thing."

"Your music teacher told me this months ago," she admitted.  "He called me in to talk to me, and he tried to convince me you would make a great surgeon, but only an average musician, and I knew he was right but I just didn't want to give in."

"Did you know that Dr. Joe plays guitar with a band to relax on weekends that he's not on call?  It's not going to be how I make my living, but music will always be a big part of my life."
