Can't Let Them Know (Six Sentence Story) and Faux Good Fences

(Because some people like Blogger and some like WordPress, i am putting the same content at both.  If you would prefer to read this on the other site, it is linked here.)

***********************************

They are bigger and stronger than we are, they could crush us.

If we ever backed down, they would do it, too.

We can't let them know we fear them.

Keep confident, that's the only way, bluster through if you have to.

When they ask, "Who do you think you are?"

We respond with, "Who wants to know!"

Linking up with Denise at Girlie On The Edge Blog, where she hosts Six Sentence Stories, and the cue is Fear.

Gosia, of Looking for Identity, has taken over Good Fences, and it's now Good Fences Around The World.  Post a picture of a fence or gate, link back to her blog, and go visit others blog to see what interesting fences there are out in this big world.

This one i call a faux fence, because this is the most fence like porch railing i've ever seen in my life.

*Yes, they celebrate a hot chocolate festival in the summer.  It all started when the 15th of August was a feast day on which the locals always drank a bit much, and the chocolatier of the town claimed his brew was a good remedy the day after.  The original festival on the 15th has ceased, but the hot chocolate is brewed to this day, served at 11am promptly.
