While I do love new kittens, I find it sad that cats are able to have them when they're barely past kitten age themselves. AND they can have more than one litter a year. Thank heavens for places like yours, where cats and kittens are desexed before being adopted out.

Glad that the mama cat and kittens are now in the home. They will be well taken care of. We all have to deal with lost socks.

That poor young momma kitty. It is sad this time of year all the stray cats and dogs having little ones. Love the quote, it is very true!

I often wonder how I put matching socks into the wash but come out matchless defying logic and physics but not necessarily in that order. :) Great poem!
