Just because Sandee of Comedy Plus is no longer hosting a Silly Sunday blog hop, do not expect me to quit telling Cajun jokes, especially as it has now become a habit.
Yesterday, Grandma and i were listing what we will be needing for the upcoming holiday meals. Holiday season, also known as weight-gain season, will be followed by diet season.
Clothile done tole Marie she goin' be tryin' lose a few pound befo' de holidays come.
Marie done call to ax, "How it be goin' wit' de diet?"
An' Clothile say, "Dis be de firs' day an' I done got rid o' all de bad food in de house. Mais, it were all delicious!"

Sunday Selections was started as a way for bloggers to use photos that might otherwise just languish in their files. The rules have been relaxed, and it is now simply a showcase for your photos, new or old, good or bad, although nothing rude, please. It was hosted by River, who still participates, and is now hosted by Elephant's Child.
Happy Halloween!

ReplyDeleteYour cajun joke was good!
I love the Cajuns always! So much goodness that you share with us. Thank you
