Just because Sandee of Comedy Plus is no longer hosting a Silly Sunday blog hop, do not expect me to quit telling Cajun jokes, especially as it has now become a habit.
Grandma is a bit sad as she knows she's not going to be able to get to church on Christmas Day. As long as i've been alive, she was a regular attender and not being able to go isn't easy on her.
Boudreaux done be talkin' to hims cousin, Trosclair, who be de priest.
"It be a shame," Boudreaux say, "how many don' come to church ever' week ennymo'. Dey jes' be comin' fo' de big days, like Christmas an' Easter."
An Trosclair say, "Mais, oui, an' some only come fo' baptism, weddin', an' funeral. Dey t'ink de church jes' be to hatch 'em, match 'em, an' dispatch 'em!"

Sunday Selections was started as a way for bloggers to use photos that might otherwise just languish in their files. The rules have been relaxed, and it is now simply a showcase for your photos, new or old, good or bad, although nothing rude, please. Our friend River is hosting, and other participants often include Charlotte/Mother Owl, Andrew, and WiseWebWoman.
Pickings are slim this week, i can't seem keep up, or to get caught up.

This week, Jack wants to join the Kitties Blue at The Cat On My Head for their Sunday Selfies Blog Hop.
This is his, "I'd rather look at the treat than the camera" selfie.
