Happy Friday!

Feline Friday is hosted by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is..
1) post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (They may be silly or cute)
2) go to Steve's page, linked above, then on the menu bar click on the Feline Friday tab to get the code
3) paste the code under your cat picture
4) add your name and link
That’s all there is to it! Be sure to check back every so often and visit all the Feline Friday bloggers. Also, please leave a nice comment on their blogs. Nasty comments will be deleted!
Dansig says, No, you may not read, nor may you clean the top of the microwave that you just realized has a coffee ring on it.  I'm busy!

I fell asleep reading, now leave me alone!

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by McGuffy Ann Morris of McGuffy's Reader. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

My fill-ins for the statements are underlined:

Week 14: August 12, 2016

1. My nickname is "mom".  That's what almost everyone calls me now, i guess i look matronly.

2. The first thing i ever won was a stuffed panda at a game at the fair.  How i managed to get the ping-pong ball into the correct cup i will never understand, i've never come close with anything else since.

3. I have never been to Area 51 as a participant, just as a parent/babysitter picking up kids.  To those who don't know, it's like one of those old trampoline parks on steroids.  For someone my age, it's an injury waiting to happen, so i don't do that any more.

4. Next year, i want to have enough in the bank to not worry if something breaks, but just be able to fix it.

  2. Very cute kitty. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, I always enjoy your answers. I'm with you on #4. I thought you were making a joke about the real area 51, I didn't know there was a park of that name. Have a great weekend!

  6. How wonderful that you provide your pets with eye wear.

  7. I agree with your #4. It would be wonderful to have enough money to fix things when they break without having to wonder what you're going to have to do without because you had to get it fixed.

    Have a blessed weekend!

  8. A ping pong ball in a cup is no easy task. When we worked at one of the convenience stores around here, two of the most requested items on weekends were Red Solo cups and ping pong balls. The game was called Beer Pong.

  9. I never had the heart to move cats when they're sleeping either. I hope you have enough $ in the bank to fix things when you need to.

  10. Having everyone call you 'Mom' is awesome - I wouldn't think of it as 'matronly', but more as an awesome mother figure. :)

You've got mad skillz getting that ping pong ball in the cup for the panda bear! :)

  12. You are not really old until food servers start calling your "Dearie" and "Sweetie" like they do me. UGH! I am not very lucky at winning prizes either, though I did win a football pool where I worked once, and it was funny because I am not a fan of football, but I was a fan of the $50! :-) I worry about falling or breaking something just going from the house to the car, I don't think this park would be the place for me! ;-) I am so with you on #4, I wish money wasn't always such a looming issue in our lives, just enough would be fine.
