Family Matters (Cajun Joke) and Sunday Selections

***********************************

Just because Sandee of Comedy Plus is no longer hosting a Silly Sunday blog hop, do not expect me to quit telling Cajun jokes, especially as it has now become a habit.

Yesterday at Grandma's house, the subject of "crazy relatives" came up.  Let's face it, everyone has one or two relatives who are considered a bit odd or eccentric, the ones who have served a nickel for doing something dumb, or the ones you don't usually talk about to everyone.

Thibodeaux an' his wife Marie done got in de argue 'bout where dey be goin' spen' de holiday.

Marie be argue dat dey should go to Thibodeaux' fam'ly, where all de women he love bes' in de world be in one room, and Thibodeaux say, "Dat would make me scared fo' my life!"

Thibodeaux be argue dat dey should go to Marie's fam'ly, where all de women be de bes' cooks, an' Marie say, "Dat be like Cutthroat Kitchen: De Fam'ly Edition!"

Well, Boudreaux be listen to all dat an' dey ax him, "Boudreaux, what you t'ink?  Which side o' de fam'ly be mo' crazy, so we can go to de one dat ain't so crazy?"

An' Boudreaux say, "Mais, we all be crazy here, it don' be no need fo' competin'!"

Sunday Selections was started as a way for bloggers to use photos that might otherwise just languish in their files.  The rules have been relaxed, and it is now simply a showcase for your photos, new or old, good or bad, although nothing rude, please.  It is now hosted by Elephant's Child.

No theme this week, just various pictures.
