Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats. He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus.
Feline Friday is simple to join. Follow the link above to Steve's page to see how to be a part of this fun meme.
It's still "Tocktober", so i've snuck around and captured two more tocks:

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. __________________ is tasty.
2. If I was going to a Halloween party, I would go as _____________________.
3. If everything goes according to plan, _________.
4. _________ is the spookiest thing I have ever experienced.
1. A spinach and banana smoothy is tasty. Honest!
2. If I was going to a Halloween party, I would go as the janitor, that's what i have an outfit for.
3. If everything goes according to plan, i should be able to make my expensive but delicious banana pudding for Sweetie and Brother-in-Law for their birthday later this month.
4. A so-called "fun" house at a carnival is the spookiest thing I have ever experienced.

ReplyDeleteLovely 'tocks there!
ReplyDeleteI used to like going in the spooky fun house at the fair until the time I went in and the spongy floor felt like it was caving in and freaked me out. It really did collapse! Luckily only about 3 feet, but it put me off going in again.
LOL @ tocks and tocktober heheh!
ReplyDeleteI liked your replies I used to love the gost train we had a big permanant funfair here in London when I was growing up sadly was closed down :-(
Have a spookytastic weekend :-)
I had forgotten about Columbus Day coming soon. I like your reminders of what is going on in the world or what has already gone one.
ReplyDeleteToo much is going on ... IMHO
Childless people and glove makers, huh?
ReplyDeleteThe Comptometer's being the "first known to be accurate at all times" made me giggle. I was suddenly seized by a vision of a room full of John Cratchett types, huddled over a bunch of pre-Comptometer ("mostly accurate") models and sputtering madly.
Nice tocks indeed.
ReplyDeleteLove your fill-ins. I didn't know you had an outfit.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend, my friend. ♥
Spooky Fun house, I can relate there. It was not a big stationary one either, but one belonging to a trawelling fun fair. I screamed!
ReplyDeleteThose were good answers and those were darn nice tocks too!
ReplyDeleteYou call it a "tock" we call it a "Q" 😁
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling that your banana pudding is worth every penny.
My sister, niece and I went to our community haunted house one year and the lady at the door yelled to the others that something scarier than us is coming in. We gave them a shock.
Great tock shots! Thanks for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I will take your word for it on the spinach and banana smoothie- I think I would prefer that banana pudding :) Have a nice weekend! XO

ReplyDeleteYay spinach! I haven't made a lot of smoothies lately, but you can put spinach in just about any smoothie and it's taste wonderful. Though I tend to opt for kale instead :)
ReplyDeleteThe tocks are looking wonderful in the photos. Your friendly fill-in answers we enjoyed very much. Thanks for the wonderful share. Have a fantastic rest of your day.
ReplyDeleteWorld of Animals
The kitties around here still haven't allowed any successful tock shots to be snapped recently, but at least we have these adorable tock shots here to see! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I am so happy you answered #1 the way you did. On nearly a daily basis I have a banana and spinach smoothie, usually with cacao powder and peanut powder added for a chocolaty peanut butter taste. I don't meet many other people who enjoy a banana and spinach smoothie. I hope your week is wonderful and full of yummy smoothies!
