It's time once again for a random and happy Tuesday, linking up with Stacy's Random Thoughts at Stacy Uncorked and Sandee at Comedy Plus.
Yesterday, i got the idea to take some before and after pictures of Carl's room.
It generally takes me about 5 hours to do the whole job, including laundry, cleaning, making the bed, cleaning out the refrigerator (and sometimes the freezer), everything.
When i got there, Carl was complaining to his dad that he was tired. "Well," Mr. L said with a distinct lack of sympathy, "that's what happens when you stay up too late the night before. You'll be fine, go get ready for work."
Indeed, Carl did get ready for work, and he was fine.
And so, on to the stuff Grandma forwards to me:
Have a blessed and beautiful day, everyone!

ReplyDeleteAnd, as always, thanks to your Grandma.
A wonderful set of photos. Thanx Mimi.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Wow! Hof often do you clean at Carl's place? Thanks to granny - and you - for the funnies.
ReplyDeleteOh my! You have the patience to tidy up after Carl. I like the funnies from Grandma.
ReplyDeleteThankfully I still have a housekeeper who comes every other week. However I pick up a lot before she gets here because I don't want her to know how lazy I am. Not sure I like the picture of the little pig. It is so cute but my neighbors have started raising pigs and I know what that cutie will grow into.
ReplyDeleteYou sure have a Carl Challenge going on. Love those photos and the happy piggy!
ReplyDeleteOh my on all that mess. It would take me longer than five hours. Wow, you did a great job too.
ReplyDeleteLove all the funnies. We all need to laugh more.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. ♥
Oh my on all that mess that Sandee mentioned. Well my garage is worst. Moving into a new home brings in many boxes and other things and they are in the garage. No place for our cars.
ReplyDeleteCute photo of the firemen with the child and the perks of being a friend is great Mimi.

ReplyDeletewell, carl's stuff is at least ...sorta kinda all most in one place !!
ReplyDeletegram ma's photo two; the best ~~~~ { I love you spanky ♥♥♥
Mimi,
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job whipping Carl's space back into shape. I hope he appreciates your hard work. :) The picture of the small child and big dog makes me think of the huge Saint Bernard that lived across the road. It wouldn't harm a fly and was the happiest thing ever. When it saw one of us kids, it would grab our arm and whisk away kinda quickly nearly dragging as along. I liked the animal but I was so small and no match for that critter. I tried staying away from him when I could help it.
Oh, my gosh, do I want to go on vacation wherever that first photo is of!
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing what a quick tidy up will do. You've got me looking around at my room here now.
ReplyDeleteOh Carl! He needs to get organized! It is something everyone I seem to know is doing. Grandma sure shares the good stuff with you. Thanks! Always a wonderful share here. HUGS and LOVE
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome job you did tidying up after Carl! If you lived in my area, I'd totally hire you to clean up my family's mess - I keep thinking to myself "I really need to hire someone..." But then again, you'd probably run away screaming with how messy the hubby and kids are. ;)
ReplyDeleteLOVED the pics your grandma sent - those doggies with the little ones are amazing!!
