When Blues Clues first aired, my kids loved it. I sent a funny tongue-in-cheek fan letter (about my kids' obsession with the show to them. They loved my letter so much they sent a response, autographed pictures of Steve, and a box of show related treats and gifts for my kids.

That was neat to hear your Sweetie received an autographed photo of Marica Brady a/k/a Maureen McCormick. I never wrote fan mail but once sent a letter to Tom Landry (Head Coach Dallas Cowboys). My uncle Tom in Baton Rouge and my aunt Jo were huge fans and I wanted to buy my uncle the book Landry wrote and have it autographed. I did receive a reply. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase the book. But I still have his letter all these years later. Thanks for sharing all the thoughts. Enjoy a wonderful weekend. HUGS across the miles XO XO XO XO
