Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.
And you wonder why i don’t make my own bed:

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. I am going to give _________________ a _________________ for Christmas.
2. I sleep _________________hours a night.
3. My home is decorated with _________.
4. _________ makes me feel festive.
1. I am going to give Becca a couple of pairs of slipper socks for Christmas. (When i was there last night to stay with Becca so her parents could have some time alone, i noticed she was just wearing regular socks to walk around in her jammies, and those floors are slippery. Slipper socks with the no skid bottoms are perfect, so i want to get her some.)
2. I sleep anywhere from 3-7 hours a night. (Depends on how early i have to be at work, and whether the insomnia struck the night before.)
3. My home is decorated with cat hair. When you have cats, you learn that cat hair is a fashion statement.
4. Christmas music makes me feel festive.

I hear you on the patina of cat fur. And of the difficulties of making your bed.
ReplyDelete3 hours sleep with the work you do would have me zombified. I do hope you can catch up.
I remember it well! Very often the bed didn't get made until the evening. If I saw them go out into the garden I would rush to make it before they got back.
ReplyDeleteYou work too hard, Mimi.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
My dogs mess up my bed. I did link to Feline Friday today with my boy Luke Skywalker.
ReplyDeleteI so remember trying to make the bed with the cats all spread out. Oh well, we don't bother them.
ReplyDeleteLove all your fill-ins. That's a nice gift and i loved your decorating with cat hair. I've a friend that has a dog and she says dog hair is a condiment in her house.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Big hug. ♥

ReplyDeleteI like the idea that cat hair is a fashion statement!
Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. Your kitties look comfy. I decorate with cat hair too. :) XO
ReplyDeleteMy bed has been unmade most of this week because Lola is asleep there, UNDER the covers, so I never know which lump is Lola and which lump is messy bedding.
ReplyDeleteMy bed is only ever haphazardly made, thanks to a few certain kitties. And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! What a purrfect answer for #3. My house is also decorated with cat hair, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I hope your week is going wonderfully!
