Color Her World Drab (Cajun Joke) and Sunday Selections

Just because Sandee of Comedy Plus is no longer hosting a Silly Sunday blog hop, do not expect me to quit telling Cajun jokes, especially as it has now become a habit.

Grandma must be feeling a little better, she's concerned about her clothes being wrinkled.  She hasn't left the house except to see the doctor, but you'd better hang up those pants she wears at home, no need to make someone (me) have to iron them.

Boudreaux done drop Clothile an' Aline to shop, as Aline be gettin' to be de big girl an' she want he'p pick out her new spring sandals.

Dey be checkin' de shoe shop, an' Aline be disappoint dat de sandals in her size don' have dem de sparkle an' bling on dem like de ones from las' year.

Clothile say, "De ones wit' all de sparkles be de ones fo' de li'l girls, you be growin' up an' dey don' put so much o' dat on de shoes.  You jes' have to get youse'f a pair dat be tan o' beige to go wit' de new dress."

An' Aline look sad an' say, "Mais, dis growin' up bid'ness not be exactly what I expect!"
